Terms of Service

1. What We Do

CS Media ("we", "us") designs and develops custom websites for small businesses in Jacksonville, FL and beyond. When you purchase a package, we will build and deliver a website based on the selected service tier.

2. Service Packages

We offer three packages. What's included depends on which one you choose:

• Starter ($500 + $50/mo): 3–5 pages, mobile-responsive design, basic SEO, Google Maps, contact form
• Growth ($1,000 + $100/mo): Up to 10 pages, plus online booking, photo gallery, blog, social media integration, Google Analytics
• Premium ($2,000 + $150/mo): Unlimited pages, plus e-commerce (up to 50 products), email marketing, custom features, monthly reports, priority support

3. Payment

• The one-time setup fee is charged at the time of purchase.
• The monthly maintenance fee begins after your website is delivered and is billed on the 1st of each month.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are in USD. All setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. What We Need From You

To build your site, we'll need your content — things like text, images, logos, and any specific preferences. We'll deliver your completed website within 3–5 business days of receiving everything we need. Delays in providing materials may push back the timeline.

5. Revisions

Every project includes two rounds of revisions after the initial design. A revision round is one set of consolidated feedback. Need more changes beyond that? Additional revisions are billed at $50/hour.

6. Who Owns What

• You own all final website content — your text, your images, your completed site design.
• We retain rights to the underlying code, frameworks, and templates. We may reuse these in other projects.
• Portfolio use: We may showcase your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know in writing.

7. Monthly Maintenance

Your maintenance plan covers:

• Minor content updates (text, images, links)
• Security and software updates
• Hosting and domain support
• Uptime monitoring

You can cancel maintenance anytime with 30 days' written notice. We'll hand over all credentials and files so you can manage things on your own.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us. We're not responsible for indirect damages like lost revenue, and we can't be held liable for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or content you've provided.

9. Cancellation

• Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
• If you cancel mid-project, you'll pay for work completed to date. We'll deliver whatever's been built.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Duval County, FL.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
